                                                                                                             BEST SMALL HOUSEBUILDER  2005

Thomas Samuelson are delighted to have won an Award in The Best Small Housebuilder category of The Daily Telegraph National What House Awards 2005. Our Sibbertoft development beat competition from all over the UK to clinch the award.

The following is an extract from the judge's report:

"The development fully justifies the claim of these men that their philosophy is to build each home as if they were going to occupy it themselves, and to hear them explaining each detail of their creations, and to experience their obvious enthusiasm and commitment is simply inspirational. Sometimes, mere photographs cannot do a development justice, and this is certainly the case at Coombes Yard, where the quality of the overall ambience, the craftsmanship and the enthusiastic response of the purchaser’s, (who were delighted to welcome the judges into their houses),fully justifies the award to this new small housebuilder."
